| What is Koork.com |
Koork.com is a User-Generated Feedback Scoring Application. We are hoping to make the Internet a safer place
by assigning an Online Feedback Score for each email address. This allows anyonw to verify a user's online
credibility based upon feedback from other people that they've done business with in the past. By checking a users
rating this could help prevent users from entering into a transaction or meeting up with another user that they've met online
if they have a poor feedback rating.

| How do I rate someone? |
- You enter an Email Address for a user that you've had a transaction.
- You Rate the transaction using the scoring system, giving the user a rating based upon 5 stars. 5 represents a great transaction and 0 represents a bad transaction.
- And then you select the website that the transaction originated (ie. Craigslist.org, Oodle.com, kijiji.com)
- Enter in the URL for the leads to the product purchased.
- Enter a brief description of the transaction.
- That's it!

| What does my feedback score represent? |
Your feedback score represents the overall satisfaction of other users doing business with you.

| How is my feedback score generated? |
If we told you then we'd have to make you disappear to some remote island for eternity. ;). The simplest
way to describe it is:
You are rated from 0 to 5 points for each transaction. A (represents 5 points), B (4 points), C (3 points), D (2 points), F (1 point). Your
total score is then divided by the total number of feedbacks.
However, there are many more variables that we take into account.
If you leave fradulent information about another
user then this adversely affects your Koork Rating.
Or
If you leave fraudulent transaction information then this
also lowers your overall Koork Rating.

| How do I report fraudulent feedback? |
If you find fraudulent or inaccurate feedback you have 5 days to dispute a claim. Once your have disputed a claim an email will be sent to both parties to resolve the
dispute. We reserve the right to remove suspected fraudulent feedbacks. Upon removing these feedbacks the user leaving these feedback will also receive a reduced Koork Score.

| How often can I leave feedback for an email address? |
To help reduce fraudulent activity we only allow you to leave one feedback for an email address. If you have had multiple
transactions with a user please rate your overall experience with the user.
